REFUND POLICY

Luxebiome Return & Refund Policy


Your satisfaction is our priority. At Luxebiome, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure a smooth and reassuring return experience. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used skincare products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email our Customer Care team at returns@luxebiome.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

  • A photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may require photos or videos for verification and will replace or refund the product at no additional cost.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return the item as per our policy and place a new order.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used skincare and personal care products

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional giveaways
