SHIPPING POLICY

Luxebiome Shipping Policy


At Luxebiome, we’re committed to delivering your skincare essentials with care and efficiency. Please read the following policy to understand how we manage shipping, processing, and delivery.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after the order is shipped, not when it is placed.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

You can also track your order directly through your Luxebiome account or on our Order Tracking page.


4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If you experience any issues placing an international order, feel free to contact us at support@luxebiome.com.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Luxebiome is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-send the package. No refunds will be issued for shipping costs in such cases.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Luxebiome is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package is missing, please first contact the carrier. If unresolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed. If you made a mistake in your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase at support@luxebiome.com, and we will do our best to accommodate.
